There was a point and time when I was unable to work a few years ago due to a tumor behind my knee. It stopped me in my tracks and rocked my world mentally, physically and emotionally.
After the tumor in my knee 2009 then my first pregnancy 2009-2010, I added 65 lbs over the years. I was not able to lose any of the weight until July 2012. I knew healthy weight loss was more than 3500 calories=1 lb & calories in equal calories out like most medical professionals repeat when you are concerned about your weight gain.
