Getting Healthy is the first order of business. Toxicity is a common problem for people with dietary issues. In this particular body type, a large sagging belly with legs and arms being normally proportioned. As in the picture above there are 3 stages of change. Obviously, the sagging belly is in the last stage, but it is certainly not anything to wait to happen to you if you can correct it in an earlier stage. Over time, the belly gets larger and continues to lack support, thus the sagging appearance.
The problem here is the hormone cortisol. This is the “stress handling” hormone. Cortisol increases with stress in your life. Not good. Your weight continues to increase. Your desire for salt and sweets increase while your energy levels decline. This is especially seen in women who are adrenal body types. Liver
Liver Body Type
In this particular body type, you experience weight gain and protrusion of the gut. This body type is more common in men that women. The lower abdomen may be large and pendulous, commonly referred to as “pot belly”. Actually, this is from fluid build up from the liver. The toxins found in this body type actually accumulate and to the touch, the stomach feels firm and hard. This is not muscle it is fluid that has accumulated in the tissues and hardened over time.
The stages of Liver Body Type are fueled by the increase in appetite and cravings. You crave fried foods, unfortunately, the liver has difficulty metabolizing them. The Liver Body Type experiences digestive problems such as acid reflux, heartburn, and bloating. You may find that you are not eating any vegetables. Ovary Body Type
This particular body type reveals saddle bags on the outside of the thighs, larger hips, but with a small, normal size waist, fat accumulation just below the belly button. As in the picture above, there are 3 stages of change. Obviously, the overly developed hips and thighs with cellulite are found in the last stages, but can be corrected and reversed. Finding jeans and slacks to fit are difficult as the waist always has to be altered. Not fun shopping for clothes!
